System Upgrade and Module Development

Mission •Create exceptionally beautiful forms using PHP, Ajax/jQuery and CCS (HTML 5). •Platform development and code cleanup •Module development This introductory task of creating modules with exceptionally beautiful forms, platform development and code clean-up and module development is a very small part in an already developed much larger system. If you succeed here, there will be a great deal more work for you to follow! Mission Critical Notes 1. Existing, working source code provided. Simply install database and configure root path. 2. Three very simple relational modules to construct: Help, FAQ and External Links 3. Example working code for basic module architecture provided for reference. 4. ETA to complete part 1: existing platform re-development or conversion to rapid development web application framework (CodeIgniter, Zend, etc) 4 - 8 hours 5. ETA to complete part 2: Module development: 4 - 8 hours 6. ETA to complete part 3: Beautiful Forms: 4-6 hours Confident that I could complete part 1 and part 2 in under 12 hours.
