Vehicle Classifieds

This has been a long running side project, or hobby, for myself. I have heavily modified different commercial scripts over the last 18 months but it has now come to a point where I require a script made for purpose. Basically, the main function of the site would be an auto classifieds site (with the function for different categories i.e. car, bike, van, parts) where a user can post adverts via a registered login. From within their own login they can receive messages from interested users, edit, add or remove ads. I'd prefer this to be written in PHP and provided without any source limitations. Required features would be: - Ability to search using distance (from UK postcodes) - Ability to search using preset criteria - Customisable "levels" of advert - Facebook/Social media integration The addition of vehicle registration lookup (for ease of users adding listing details) would be desirable but is not essential. I have, to an extent, a working version similar to what is above but this was not open source and is partially ioncube encoded, which isn't desirable in the long term. I don't need anything too complicated in design, functionality is more important. Security is also important.
