Website audit - Web Development

Our website has had 4 different web developers add/edit and contribute to it over the life of the website. So you can imagine it will have sloppy code throughout. We are NOT interested in creating a new website, what we want is an audit on the website - a thorough look at the site's code - and to report with the good and bad and recommendations on what can be done to clean the code up. We would like a true expert in PHP, HTML and CSS and some basic database. With your recommendations will be some work to clean up the website code and to add additional features and components to the website that we have immediate plans for. **Note: NO amateur web developers please.
