Write some Software to store and play songs which will be write protected

Need software where we can store unlimited songs and can play them through that application. For now we will store around 10000 songs which will be birthday songs with name of people. And songs can be searched by a name and can be played. For example if someone with the name Tina is having a birthday than close to her name all name will be displayed and once someone clicks on the name which he/she is looking for than that name song will be played. Now upto here things are simple now the challenge is we will provide our customer exe file of the application which we will burn and provide them in DVD or CD format with a serial key to activate that application on one computer it can be used in only one computer so for that 1st time after installing application in any computer it needed to be connect with internet for the activation and as soon as someone enters that serial key in our server we will check and match it and it will be installed on user’s computer successfully. To prevent it from not getting use in any other computer in every 3 months it will give update notification to connect user through internet for the update so that we can know that it is getting use in only one computer as we will track IP. If someone says like there computer has been crashed than they have to contact us to re-install that application again in their computer once we remove the registered IP of that system and provide them new Serial key for the application. Songs which are stored inside that application should not be in readable format and should be write protected and no one can download them. Same application we need to use for customize clocks as well which have usb support. As soon as clock is connected with computer than there should be only option listening the songs and copy, paste them inside clock memory. Here also we need to take care of the security that if any other device is connected Than that application should not run to copy the songs so for that we have to know which driver should only get detected for running the application.
