**Project Overview**
The project consists of updating a mail object used in a Microsoft ASP environment. The mail objects produce an email that is sent to a selected list of recipients when a specific ASP transaction has occurred. The issue is that emails are not being generated upon transaction completion.

**Project**
* Review the mail objects to determine the cause of the messages not being generated
* Determine whether the existing objects are the optimal method for sending messages upon completed transactions
* Recommend solutions
**Other Considerations**
We recently switched email service providers which may have an effect on the mail object. However, we were experiencing random issues before the mail server switchover.
**Additional Details**
FTP information, specific page information, mail format and other pertinent information will be provided as required to complete the project.
