True Miracle if this site works but I'll try once again. ## Deliverables I haven't used this service before so I don't know how specific this needs to be. It would probably take about as long to code this as it would to read it. Anyway,here goes. I am a small developer/programmer. This job will be New VB6 code. This is a 2 part project. It will become a part of an app which I am in the process of porting. I will beta test your work on a timely basis. I will pass All data and images to you, everything you need. You job is to arrange and format the items I pass to you for presentation purposes. Notes in parentheses below are notes to the coder (not text for display) This partial app will be called from a menu selection in the parent app. You will provide the means to copy some text and some bmp images created in the parent app into the body and the tabs of an Excel SS for display only. There are 2 files included here (one for each part of this project) that you can view to get a General idea of how the 2 parts might look. Suggestions and alternative design ideas are Most welcome! This is all for presentation so all data must be formatted in a professional manner and according to it's proper type (text,$,%,date, etc.) Columns need to be set to the width of the longest string of data in the column. ********************************************* Part 1. I need a form with checkboxes to the left of each of the items listed below. With check boxes, the user decides which of the following Text items or images will be placed in an MSExcel SS(xls): Description (tab #1 where user can type in his remarks..see Part 1.xls. app will prompt for this if not filled out by user before exit(minimum validation). Portfolio Summary (text deposited in one SS tab) Portfolio Detail (6 columns in one SS tab (last tab) Yearly Comparison (6 columns in each of 2 SS tabs 2nd last tsb) Entry/Exit Code (2 'pages' of text with "Entry Code" title for page one and "Exit Code" for page 2..1 SS tab) MM Code (2 'pages' of text plus titles "Initial Size" and "Resize"...1 SS tab) Equity Logarithmic (bmp image to be placed in a tab...see [login to view URL]) Equity Linear (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Equity Flows (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Drawdown (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Risk (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Daily Returns (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Monthly Returns (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Quarterly Returns (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Yearly Returns (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Rolling 12 Month Returns (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Daily Distribution (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Monthly Distribution (bmp image to be placed in a tab) Yearly Distribution (bmp image to be placed in a tab) List of Markets (one column for symbol (BP, MSFT... plus a column in csv for: 12/6/1997 To 1/31/2000 placed in a tab) **The default for this form is all boxes checked. User's changes to checks will be saved to a file. By checking items, User determines which items appear in the Excel SS(xls). You copy the text and images into the SS as user checkboxes dictate. Setup/paint of worksheet will be presentation quality (the example needs a lot of work before it could be considered professional) OK,ARCHIVE,CANCEL ..buttons needed on form Press OK: Directory prompt combo box pops up so They(the users) can input .csv file Name/scroll directories to select an exitsing one. Press 'ARCHIVE' button brings up Database listing all previously archived reports (such as above). Which brings us to: ********************************************************* Part 2 (see [login to view URL]) A database of previously 'Archived' reports holding all the info from the above described report. This db will allow them (users) to [login to view URL] new reports like above to this db 'Archive' and give it a name. [login to view URL] old reports from this db. There are litle User Input to PART2 'Archive' so only minimal Validation is necessary. There will be 30-40 rows of data per report(see above) added. One Column represents the output of a single previously Added(posted) Portfolio Summary Report(see [login to view URL]). User will be able to click on any Row to have this db app arrange all the Columns by the values found in the Row they clicked on. Please note this is the opposite of standard db layout which normally sorts columns of data based on data values in that column. When they click on a Row, We arrange the Columns based on the values found in the data of the Row they clicked. If I click on row 10 it means that I want to see in my first data column, the previously saved report that has the Highest row 10 value. Pretty simple, really. ALL of the elements from PART 1 will be posted to this archive (we Do Not respect the user's check boxes for db archive purposes) In addition to the 30+ predefined rows, the design should provide for additional user defined rows added in possible later development. It would be truly cool if the user could arrange the Rows of information as he or she pleased. User can have many archives, so user must see a list of his previously saved archives when he clicks ARCHIVE button to enter the Archive environment User can Create new Archives or Delete old Archives from this list of previously created archives. I will retain exclusive rights to any and all work you perform for, or that which relates to this project. No product of this work agreement will be disseminated to, nor will it be provided to any other parties by any manner whatsoever, without specific written consent from me. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
