simple .NET app that registers new user/logs in/submits link to multiple different sites

I have with me data about many link directories. This data is basically for 3 types of forms in link directories- (1) New user registration form. (2) User login form (3) Submit Link Form. I want you to create an application that is able to create multiple 'projects' for multiple users. One 'project' is basically the task of submitting a link to all the link directories in database. Data for link directories will be provided in excel sheet, your app should have a module to import this data into app database from excel. Pls refer excel attached with this project, that contains data for one site. There should be simple user registration/user login/forgot password screens. A user can add any number of links to himself. When he tries to "submit link" your app will submit this link to all link directories that are in database. For each link data that is submitted to link directories includes link URL, link title, link description, email ID, name, etc. One set of link title/description can be submitted to max 200 sites. Once a set of description/title has been submitted to 200 sites, the program asks the user for another set of description/title. The return message from each site (whether successful/failed/other case) should be captured by your program. Also to speed up the process, the user can choose "N number of simultaneous submissions". What this means is that your program will submit links to (eg. N=5) 5 sites at a time. For each form to which data is to be submitted, only the captcha and other multiple choice values (like radio button) should be shown on screen- rest values should be autofilled by your app and should not be visible on screen. Initially this app is required as a desktop/web based app but later it will be ported over to Windows Azure, so kindly keep in mind the rules for usage of SQL Azure(The cloud version of SQL Server) while creating this application. ## Deliverables Note that i can provide you with the PHP Script that is mostly used by the link directory sites- you can look into code of this script and see how this script accepts submissions.(That can help you while creating this app).
