473962 New Interactive Registration Form

I already have a registration form that is integrated with paypal, I want to change the look and feel of the registration form. I want a registration pages that has multiple steps but to all operate in one page. Step 1 Name Address Phone Number email address where did you hear about us Step 2 It will be a picture of a security officer in a uniform, then there will be questions depending on the answer to there questions in will add more equipment such as a gun a duty belt pepper spray to the security officer as they add to the course. There also will be a total amount displaying at the top right showing the student as they add or take away classes the amount it will be. step 3 they will select the dates for their courses, they dates are controlled by are existing admin page where we can add/remove dates and prices all information is pulled from here. step 4 will take them to the next page where it will confirm the courses they want to take and they can add or remove if needed step 5 takes them to paypal to check out with the items in cart you will test implement and support the function to test and ensure it is working properly.
