Develop and Integrate Wordpress Template and PHP Application Website

Hi, Thanks for reviewing my project I'm looking for a designer / programmer who is an expert at developing Wordpress templates and who is PHP expert and skilled in Mysql database. The project is to clone the Wordpress template at the URL below: [login to view URL] I'm happy to pay for a professional theme (based on your choice) that you can adapt to my specification. The designer / programmer will also clone the application at the URL below that will form part of the website: [login to view URL] I've taken image captures of the above Wordpress template and application and made edits / changes to satisfy my requirements. The changes are attached in MS Word documents. I've also produced a video that further describes the requirements. The video URL is below: [login to view URL] You are required to develop all the backend function to capture the information entered into the web form application. The data should be logically captured and stored in a database. There should be database search function based location of subscriber (city or Zip/post code), with seperate search options for Bookkeeper, Accountant, Tax specialist and Consultant. The details of people joining the network should be separate from people requesting quotes and the search function should reflect this. You are required to design a logo for the web site based on the sketch that will be provided. Once the WP template and aditional function is completed, You'll be required to add text / content to the WP pages. The website should be tested for compatibility with the most popular web browsers (IE, 7, 8, 9, 10, Firefox, Chrome). The pages should be fast loading. If upon testing the web site it is found that there are bugs, errors and the pages are not fast loading you'll be required to fix the issues.f I'll only consider bids from designers / programmers who have developed Wordpress templates and who have PHP 5.2, Mysql experience and who provide evidence of similar projects completed in the past twelve months.
