I need flash application which will work with my php application. it will load images depending upon as per my parameter and path of image... Please check below URL for the [login to view URL] there is button as "try this now" here u can see i can choose some models images. and on that i can manually move Sunglass image.. or i can upload my photo or use webcam to take my picture.. and then i can try glasses on that image.. i need all features exactly same like used in lenskart. Addiotional Feature i like to have that it should adjust glass image as per the eye of image. which means it should have eye detection technique. let me know if u have capability to do this...

Hi, I did lenskart's application years ago. I have all original code, can customize it according to your requirement. Also I can do eye detection technique, however I need to upgrade the Flex version to implement this. I know my proposal amount is 3.5x of your budget.
