I am looking for someone to create a site for individuals to post their garage sales, estate sales and/or create a booth to sell individual items. This will be on a local city scale that I am looking to have in most big cities across the US and eventually the world. The interface should be easy to use with a sleek modern look. I will briefly outline what I am looking for: 1) [login to view URL] style booths which can be for individuals but mainly for garage sales or yard sales. 2) Users will have to log in before they can post. 3) Posting is entirely free but to get an item featured on the main page or featured on sub pages there will be a fee paid through paypal. 4)Time is not that big of an issue. Maybe a month or so until it is ready to upload. 5) I need someone to make the site that would need none to minor design changes. I don't know that much about web design but I need something simple that I can maintain with only occasional outside help. 6) I would also like someone to design a logo and banner for the site. Depending on the price of the website I may sub contract the graphic design but if someone can do both and it is less expensive I will take that option. 7) I would need a lot of picture space. I want people to be able to put pictures up of each item and some details as to what the piece is and how much they are selling it for. Please let me know if you can do the site but it will require more funds than I have indicated. I want the site to look right. If you respond to this ad please let me know why you would be right for the job and let me know any sites you have created that would be what I am looking for. I will give specifics to person I believe can create the exact website I am looking for.
