Suppliers can register to use the service

7. Supplier logs in and update the case status and categories it to be: Bug, Addon, misused of the program etc.
8. If it is an addon or change. The supplier will provide number of hours to fix the problem and how long. An email will go out to the client informing of updated status. E.g. Reported, Analyzed, pending fix and closed
9. At the end of the month the client can look at the summery of the charges by hours
10. At the end of the month the Supplier can create a report/invoice based on the hours and invoice the client.
