open cart /magneto .. multisite

hi i want to create script for multisite scripts my idea is to create a lot of stores via open cart or magneto site mean if i had 3-5 stores i want to create same site but with deifferant design ( same structure only i change header and footer and colors only) Requirments : 1) same structure easy way to change logo clolors and layout 2) site must be RTL .. and Language hebrew and arabic ( there is already translated in open cart and magneto) 3) pages like about us , questions ( e.g [login to view URL]%D7%A9%D7%90%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%AA%D7%A9%D7%95%D7%91%D7%95%D7%AA) (contact us page) 4) check out must be in credit card .. via phone ( mean user will insert data and then the store will contact him for the credit card - also need idea to secure this very very good ) good idea first 5 digit will be at site and last 5 digit will sent to email .. 6) security testing is very important ... 7) easy way to deuplicate sites ( mean to me to create site for 1 client this site not taken more than 30 mintes -without modification of design) example of 1 design : [login to view URL] - its custome script now magneto or open cart
