Users can use the website to host images, create short URL and then share via social media such as Facebook and Titter. TwitiNest will be made based on this script (licensed): [login to view URL] Therefore, there will be NO need to create a script from scratch. The required service will be as follows: 1. Create a new design that is light and similar to twitter theme. 2. Create another version of the website that is optimized for mobiles and tablets. 3. The website will be in Arabic therefore it needs to be in Right to Left format. 4. Link with SMS payment service as provided via: [login to view URL] 5. Do additional script modifications: a. Create Pay per View module that is fully controlled by Admin. 6. Agree on hourly charge for any further requested script changes.
