17048 Small DHTML coding/sitemap wor

I am in need of someone to tweak a little work on a website for me. I have had a menu created for the front page, with submenus coming down from it. These submenus however are hidden by a flash graphic that has also been installed incorrectly. I need the flash graphic to be installed correctyl and work well, the submenus to be visible, and both these elements to work in IE and Firefox. In addition, I need the sitemap to tie up with the 12 items on the menu. I will give you installation rights, and a large bonus if this is done quickly, properly and with full communication throughout.
