need a qualified person to take our PSD files and put them in HTML and develop our website. We have our criteria for the home page and the PSD files but we're looking for somone who can build on either durpal, php, or whatever framework they feel they can develop our website with. MUST KNOW YOUR STUFF!!! If you're interested send us and email with portfolio I have a list of our home page specifics along with what we want our site to do attached. Take a look at it and let me know how you would go about building it as fare as framework and cms etc. etc. The main purpose for our site is for promoters and event holders to place their events on our website and sell admission/tickets while also creating their own page within our website like example.myeventpage.com. We have our PSD files but we are looking for someone who is qualified and who can give the best deal
