Website Redesign Required/ SEO WORK

MY BUDGET IS MAXIMUM $100. I will not accept any bid higher than this. I need my current website to be redesigned. This has to be SEO. All content should be taken from the existing website: [login to view URL] We are Mechanical& electrical contractors, and so the website has to be designed with visuals which symbolise this trade. I.e. the actual design should incoporate some aspect of this field. The images must be all changed, better images to be used. This must be supplied by yourself (either from gooogle/ or other free image providers). You can use a few of our existing images on the website. The website MUST have a very good design visual. Please only apply if you can design good visuals. This must not be a template website, it should be designed from scratch. I would like very simple java on the website; i.e. rotating images etc. It has to look professional. There should also be a gallery page, where we can upload pictures of previous work. So there should be a : 1) Home Page, 2) Services Page 3) Clients 4) Previous Work 5) Gallery 6) Qualifications 7) Contact us. There should be an admin control where I am able to manually edit/upload the images. I will need the gallery to be on the qualifications page as well, this will be a gallery of all our certificates. There should also be a contact form on the Contact Us page. Currently this does not exist on our website. Contact details will be provided. Please make sure the new website looks nothing like the old one. I really need my company to be on the first page of google for keywords such as Air conditioning, electrical installations, or even targetted to specific geographical locations, so if you think you can get my page to the first page, then I have a seperate enhanced SEO project for this. I will prefer to award this project to those who can delivery this SEO requirement. I need PROFESSIONAL SEO SERVICES, so please remember if you can do all of that, as well as redesign my website, this project will go to you. I have a very small budget for this website, but remember the SEO project will be seperate and more lucrative if you are able to deliver my requirments.
