The site is designed for private investors who need to be able to manage their property portfolio from around the world. To include: - Contact / Client Management System - Assett Management System - Document & Image Management System - Web Administration - Maintenance System to include client / tenant log in. - SMS alerts - Bulk Email system ETC ETC ETC LEVEL OF DESIGN WORK: GUI CLIENT SIDE PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE TO USE: Not sure - developer should suggest SERVER SIDE PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE TO USE: PHP PREFERRED DATABASE: mySQL PREFERRED OPERATING SYSTEM: Mac TECH SUPPORT REQUIRED: 1 month CLIENTS EXPERIENCE: I have general knowledge about what I need CLIENTS EXPERIENCE (IF OTHER): I have designed database driven websites HOSTING REQUIRED: No ADDITIONAL INFO: I have started this project already but have run out of time.
