Data Entry for a Widget

Create a two tab data entry application for a fixture, first tab is refigireration data, second tab is electrical bottom or top of screen you select the serial number of the widget and if this is edit add delete. We will add the print button and add a crystal to display the data to go with the widget. Project to be done in VB.net 2005 only Database must be firebird 1.5 Given a serial number (up to 20 characters but last 5 characters auto increment by a generator in DB) pull up data for edit or delete. Need ability to add new records, when editing should be able to cancel edit, uses three tabs but should be able to add additional tabs. First tab should have just serial number on the top once selected (this page will have work order information filled in from MRP database) and all these fields will be read only. Second tab should be refrigeration and third electrical. Please note pulldown fields would need lookup tables and ability to set values ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
