Find Blogs For Commenting

To design a php script to search for blogs to comment on. The blogs must be able to be commented on and the following main criterias for searching: 1. option to search with or without nofollow tags on blogs **and** comments 2. based on keywords/themes 3. based on PageRank 4. based on any or all of the platforms - WordPress, [login to view URL], Blogger, Drupal, LiveJournal, Typepad, Squidoo & HubPages 5. for blogs that are found; option to monitor them for latest posts and comments; user is sent alerts for these updates via email, sms, yahoo messenger **and** skype; frequency of alerts **per blog** can be changed as once daily, a maximum number daily or as-and-when. 6. option to select maximum number of blogs per search per platform; if none selected, maximum will be based on a number hard-coded in the script which I will decide. The results should show a list of the blogs with the headings: keywords/themes, PageRank, platforms and whether blogs have nofollow tags or dofollow tags. Then blogs are selected as per #5 above and the final results are listed. These blogs can then be listed in asc or des order by clicking the headings and can be downloaded as .csv file. This list should also show live links to the blogs in a new window so that user can start commenting. Script may be part of a membership or just a standalone script. If standalone, the script should be encrypted. If membership site, encryption is not needed but it should integrate with my membership site script. Please advise how heavy the load on server will be in relation to #5 and #6 above. If membership site, I should be able to turn on/off a user's ability to search with/without nofollow tags as per #1 above, turn on/off his access to #5 above and set a maximum on #6 above as the website admin. So I need an admin area to do these 3 things. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Upon completion of work as stated above, 50% of project fee will be released and 3 months technical support begins. At the end of first month, 20% is released. At the end of second month, another 20% is released. At the end of third month, the remaining 10% is released. 5) Comments should be responded within one day. ## Platform Linux
