I have a website for a non profit organization that has been built in wordpress. It has a lot of functionality to it. The problem is that we are moving it to a new server (godaddy managed wordpress server) and not all of it works anymore. We have had a programmer working on the development of the site and has created a strange file structure. There are plugins installed that we don't know what they are for. The main part of the website is in a subdirectory. I need someone to go in there and see if they can fix what is there, or tell me what it would cost to restructure the website for optimal performance. The website is iabdm.org. You are looking at an old installation that works on the old server. We have it installed on a new server at godaddy, which is located here: [login to view URL] The "find a practitioner" directory doesn't work anymore. And i don't believe the store is functional. The Journal is in a subdomain and works fine. The store is WooCommerce. Please let me know if this is the type of work you do. I also need a fairly quick turnaround time as we have been nonfunctional for about a month, not being able to change the server until these issues get resolved. It is possible to do a fix and then afterward, work on doing a rebuild. But I have to get some kind of idea on cost. I am sure you will probably need to get into the server to see what it's like, but let me know if this is something you would be able to accomplish and how long you think it would take. If all goes well, and we have a good working relationship, I would consider having you manage the site for us on an ongoing basis. This organization wants to do more things with the website. Hello Dori, I have read your Project Description & checked both links of your website, so now you want us to resolve the issues on the new server but then onward, we can continue developing more features, changes, enhancements etc. - right? Please provide us access to your source code or cPanel details, I can then assign you a dedicated team lead, who can work with you to resolve all these issues immediately. After all the major issues are resolved, I would highly recommend/suggest you to please re-design entire website with new layout/design/graphics & new technology. Hi Dori, I had a chance to look at the your current site and my suspicion is that it is mostly data base errors. I also would suggest that there maybe a PHP issue with the server - although if the site is on a GoDaddy installation ( the new one ) it should be PHP.5 so that means the error could be in the script of the site. I can go through your plugins etc and definitely give you a sound calculation of what you need, as well as a full report on what each does. My plan would be to fix your old site, then migrate it as a complete package to the new hosting environment. I have a team of programmers and wordpress experts that can do this with very little issue. Estimated time of completion would be 5 to 7 days. I've bid $444 as an estimate which should cover any incidentals etc but would be able to give you an exact idea with further study of the site's back end and data base files.
