HTML CSS site to Wordpress conversion

We have a Website built with HTML / CSS which is based on tables and not up to the latest standards. We need someone to convert the complete site (all pages and content) to Wordpress. The normal SEO optimization should be applied to the page structure and content. The permalink struktur should stay the same but be adaptable. The look has to be identical, except we would like it page centered instead of left aligned. The page border should be adapted accordingly. The site should be easily editable through the admin panel. General settings : Editable Top Menu (with Language selector where the "Broschure Download" now is, Editable Footer Must be WPML compatible The following Templates should be available for adding pages: Main Page - editable areas: Header image, Side Menu, Content One Column Page - editable ares: Header image, Content Right Column Page- editable ares: Header image, RIght Column (Blog Widgets etc), Content Left Column Page- editable ares: Header image, RIght Column (Blog Widgets etc), Content IMPORTANT: The site is in the German Language. Only Quality Work will be accepted from experienced Wordpress programmers. We will insist on seeing some similar wordpress sites ideally with screen shots or demo of an admin panel before accepting an offer.
