one page wordpress -repost -II

Hello I would like to have a WordPress page template developed according to the attached structure ( see the attached image ) functionality : header should include login / register , terms, about & logo header should be floating and stay on top of the page even when scrolled down underneath a rotating images area like in [login to view URL] with 3 rotating images * no need to provide the images ------ 1st table with up to 10 fields i will provide the specific structure later on - simple fields , text, combo , radio ... NO file uplaods user will be able to add / remove rows dynamically as they want the data is sent via AJAX to a background page that performs a calculation - at this stage no need to perform the calculation just prove that all fields .& rows are accessible (you can put it in array and print_r it) return a result of 3 fields for now : return 3 random numbers ----- section 2 same table structure & behavior ajax performs the same calc the 2nd result section should show a comparison between the 1st and the 2nd results in a table : Label1 | res A fiels1 | res B fiels1 Label2 | res A fiels2 | res B fiels2 Label3 | res A fiels3 | res B fiels3 + a print button print button will open a lightbox window with price plans (a price table): plan A 1 time print - cost X Plan B. buy a plan of 10 prints cost Y Plan C yearly unlimited prints cost z like [login to view URL] * all payments via paypal express * the system will need to manage the subscription plans !!! using plugin like aMember * 1 time print does not have to create an account (if possible) ------ under the 2nd result a promotional text like : "you could save more with our premium service" + a contact form -email -name -phone * all fields are mandatory * submitting the form will also send ALL the data from the 2 tables above (if they were filled ) + the calculated results in a nice HTML message ----- horizontal scrolling testimonials like in [login to view URL] ----- footer section with 4 blocks ( place 4 footer sidebars) -------------- Logged in users will be able to : see their plan and the remaining time / usages upgrade their plan ---------- General : * use html divs and not table * add Facebook connect to login * clean & maintainable HTML * CSS in a separate file * use wordpress textdomain for strings freelancer will be responsible for the overall design & implementation of the page ( not including the 3 images in the top slider ) pages that can be used as references for design / colors: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] if you have any questions please feel free to ask
