Adapt or create a User Verification Wordpress Plugin -- 3

Hello, I have a Wordpress Booking/Hotel Themeforest theme (Traveler) and need to extend the features with a User Verification Plugin like [login to view URL] does. This plugin do exactly what I need [login to view URL] but is an Addon for Dokan Marketplace Plugin. I don't use Dokan plugin but I bought it to see how works and I can share it to modify it, adapt it or create a new one from this. Actually: · All users can create an account filling the WP form or with their Facebook and Twitter profiles, using WP Social Login. · There are 2 roles: Standard WP user (Guests) can browse the website and make bookings, and Partner can Add Hotels and Rooms. Partner are approved by Admin. · Each user have a Frontend Dashboard where can se bookings, summary, reports, add hotel, etc. REQUIREMENTS: No verified users: 1. Create an Account. 2. Only can browse the website, hotels and rooms. 3. Partners can create hotels and room but no publish. 4. Show them an alert in header with message: - Partner: You have to verify your account to publish your Hotel(s). - Guest: You have to verify your account to make a reservation. Verified Users: 1. Partner: Can publish hotels and rooms. 2. Guest: can make a online reservation. Verification: 1. Add a page in the Frontend Dashboard with Verifications made and left. 2. Verifications ordered by type. 3. Verifications: - ID: national ID Card, Driving License > Upoad photo. - Email: send email to verify. - Phone: SMS code (Twilio and Nexcom API). - Address: Form (address line, state, city, google map, etc) and Upload photo. - Social Profile: connect with Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinedIn. - Bank Account: (Bank Name, Account Owner, Account number, ID, Account Type, upload photo) to receive the payment and refunds from me. Confirm changes with current password. 4. Backend setting control over minimum required verifications. 5. Every verification request > pending approval. 6. Send an email notification to Admin (or another email address) and user with new verification request. Backend (admin): 1. Add tab (menu) 'All Partners'. - List with all partners > Active or desactive Partners, with linkto see Hotels and Bookings. 2. Add tab (menu) 'Partners Verifications'. - List of all Veririfications Request > Approve or Reject verifications separately. Other: 1. Must be compatible with theme next updates. 2. Plugin compatible with my other plugins (woocommerce, Woo bookings, Visual Composer, etc). 3. Translate with WPLM. 4. Shortcode to show Partner Verifications in Hotel Listing Page. 5. Add a box in the Frontend Dashbord to remind verifications left and completed. 6. Verifies listing must include an icon to show the status.
