I have 2.x GB of data (hundreds files) need to by analyzed then upload it to a website [login to view URL] some of these files will go to blog section, conferences, technical dinner meeting , library etc... I need someone to check all files and determine each file where it should be posted then upload it in a proper way to the website. anything has to go to blog section has to be copied and post it as article. Maybe in some cases the file size will exceed the limit approved by the website in this case you should change the limit by your self (you should be familiar with php) No milestones until the employee complete 25% of the work.

I have worked on similar projects streaming large amount of data, analyzing and executing some events based on results. In this case, the event will be uploading to your website. Will need more details about how the existing site populates data - i.e., are you using a content management system.
