The goal is to write a software which is able to automatically fetch data periodically from an excel sheet with predefined headers, then fill out a publicly available webform with all the data of a record. Software uses a proxy provider ([login to view URL]) and each time it fills the webform shall use a different IP. Excel at each record would contain the exact time when it has to be uploaded, and the US zip code to which the software needs to find the geographically closest IP. That can be controlled through proxy rental's API. So once the software fetched the data from the excel and filled it into the webform, it goes back and check when the next record is due to be uploaded to the website.
