hi, i am a student who is good at coding in python and i have done lot of projects like this . this can be done using python selenium framework to open the site and then click necessary buttons,etc.. for changing the ip address we can use hide my ass proxy list to change proxy server every time and hence we can new ip address for every new proxy server. i have done laready a project with hidemyass free proxy scrping and if given the task to me i will finish it with perfection and submit before deadline

This sounds relatively straightforward. I can have the vote frequency set by the user and randomized for greater realism. If you need thousands of IPs then I recommend HMA. I can incorporate this into the bot. So before every vote a new IP is chosen. I can also change the user agent each time for enhanced realism. i can make you a script using vba in ms word or excel,# it will open the browser to a page and do the vote and close the browser you can set the intervals for the vote changing the ip can be done, however you would need a list of sock5 proxies, and the software would use them in turn
