Build an Online Store [urgently]

I'm looking for a website which should have the following functionality. Basic functionality: 1: Offline activity till checkout. User selects the product > enter the details > enter payment details. ( A kind of lite version of a website) 2: When any page will open, it should be very light. User shouldn’t feel that it’s loading a new page. There is a smooth opening with a time. Like how this website(i will give in chat) is working, when you click on any page, 3: In the same page, user selects product > enter the details > enter payment details > payment confirmed or error displayed. 4: Should track all the orders like it is doing for them. Just the style will be different. Once we send tracking number to the user, it should start updating from then itself and then it follows either USPS, Auspost or EMS. When order reaches nearest post office of the destination, it will automatically send an email to the corresponding email related to that order. 5: When you try to check the “view source code” of the mentioned website, you’ll find only little things over there and that also half the things are for google tab manager. Very fast and light weight. We'll discuss about the CSS style, theme and all other contents in more details once you confirm the basic functionalities. At the end, we should join our hands to end up doing some great product. We’re expecting a high end product from your end. High talented individuals/team will be appreciated.
