Build a Quiz Site

I am trying to build a website that will be for taking quizzes. The quizzes will be from 10 to 20 questions. The questions will be either images or in written form. Each question will have 4 potential answers to choose from. I would like there to be a timer so we can keep track of top scores. Top scores will be decided by overall time and the amount of correct answers. The home page will need to have Home, About Us, Terms and Conditions, Categories for Quizzes, Profile Pages. I would like to have the ability for quiz takers to log in if they want the quizzes to show up on their profile for top times. That is the only way they can show up on the top scores for any specific quiz. I would also like to have the ability for people to share the quizzes on social media so their friends can compete with them. So after they take a quiz, they will have the option to log in to save their quiz results, and have buttons to then compete against their friends by challenging them to taking the same quiz with a share button to facebook or twitter. I may even want to add a person vs person in the future if possible where people can go head to head at the same time and see who wins on the quiz. This can also add some fun to the users and they can then have on their profile their overall record of head to head wins and losses. So it adds more competition. That would be in the future, but I just need to know that with the set up it would be possible should we decide to invest more into the site after the initial build. We would like the site to be based on wordpress if possible as we are very familiar with wordpress and can manage it easily. If this is not possible, then we can learn something new. The challenge for this site is the following.... I say challenge because one person already tried this project for me and was unable to finish because of the following issue.... I want each question in a quiz to be its own page. So every time you answer a question the next question is loaded on another page. I want it this way because that means more indexed pages on google. It also means more page views per user. If each user takes only one quiz, they will have seen at least 10-20 pages. So that is a great ratio for any site to have that many page views per user. If they take multiple quizzes they could end up seeing 100 page views per user. The other challenge is having ads hardcoded to the site so that they show up on every page view that the user see's. All of this needs to be done while not affecting the quiz clock and not taking too long for each question to load. This can be done by pausing the clock on each page load. It can also be done by having ads load after quiz question is loaded. Or maybe you have a better solution that would work perfectly with this set up. So let me know and we will decide if you are the right person for this job. I do not want to lose any more time with this project. So that is why I am being as descriptive as possible so you understand the challenges with this build. I already manage dozens of large sites online. So I know this is all possible. It just depends on your skill set and if you have what it takes to get it done. I already have the logo for the site which the site will be build around. So colors and logo are all set up. I also have the URL already. We also have the facebook and twitter pages set up. So all I am missing is a great site builder who can meet the rest of the challengers.
