Build a Website

Need a landing page created, preferably in Wordpress. This will be the first site seen by a user when they connect to the church's GUEST wifi network. The wifi network is Ubiquiti Unify where I will provide a zip file of the parameters and scripts Ubiquiti provides to assist with that. (Ubiquiti zip file attached). Should be assumed that the vast majority of users will be on a tablet or cell phone so the webpage MUST be mobile friendly. Basic page will have a graphic of the church with address, I will provide that. An options on that page: * Register as a visitor, entering name, address, city, state, zip and phone, and after entering it, that info is captured and emailed to a specific email address that I will provide (church secretary). Whether or not they register per the above and just want to access the wifi, the user must click a box that says they agree with the terms and conditions (I will provide the verbiage for the text at that box). Very important: the user is not permitted past this point until and unless they have checked this box. After they check that box, they are taken to some defined site, like the church's home page. This page will be accessed every time a user connects to this guest network, even if they have connected to it before. Would prefer a Wordpress site for ease of maintenance. I had posted this gig before but the coder who was going to do it has gone silent. This is for a church and should be relatively easy for an experienced coder. Max budget amount is $50.
