i have an existing single-page web application that is non-responsive. ([login to view URL]) i require a proper responsive design for mobile, tablet and laptop/desktop devices. some of the design elements have to be changed for mobile devices (listbox -> comobox, etc) some elements are not needed for mobile device either. we need to coordinate that together. in the navigation panel where at the moment is only login/logout i want to add additional links and have the ability to show content instead of the already existing application. please make a proposal about how u are going to change the UI for the different devices together with ur imagination of budget.
