Build Wordpress Plugin compatible to Woocommerce

THE PROJECT: I want to make a simple plugin that is compatible with woocommerce, name it GUP GUP System: 1. After members purchase products / services with a special GUP mark, then a Pin and Serial appears. The member must enter the PIN or Serial into a special column in the member area (user GUP plugin front end). 2. PIN that the user entered will automatically enter him into queue list in GUP system. With such activity, then the Pin and Serial will be a point where these points would ordered automatically in the QUEUE LINE. THE MOST IMPORTANT is: If there are 50 transactions (purchases of products with a special GUP mark) of all users in the GUP system, the user in order 1,2,3 (in GUP system) will receive bonus IDR.250,000,- each. The user in order 1,2,3 will be automatically removed from the GUP system and automatically moved to special area in admin backend as a sign that those 3 users are eligible for receiving a bonus . 3. Furthermore, the user in order of 4,5,6, will rise to positions 1,2,3, automatically. and if there are 50 more transactions (purchases of products with a special GUP mark) then they will get bonus Rp. IDR.250,000,- each. They will be automatically removed from the GUP system and automatically moved to special area in admin backend as a sign that those 3 users are eligible for receiving a bonus, and so on, over and over again. GUP bonus system is divided into two. When users get a bonus this GUP, then user will get it in two types: 20% to E-Voucher and 80% to the E-Wallet. USER FRONT END: 1. after purchase a product with a special GUP mark, user can input the PIN they got after transaction in the special menu/area of plugin. 2. can see in the front end their position in the GUP queue line in special menu/area of plugin. 3. can see, is he eligible or not to receive a bonus in special menu/area of plugin. ADMIN GUP BACKEND: 1. can see all users in the GUP queue list - in special menu/area of plugin. 3. can mark a product as a GUP product - in special menu/area of plugin. 4. can see all transactions of purchased product with GUP mark only 5. Can see users who are eligible for receiving a bonus - in special menu/area. 5. can delete user in queue list 6. can move the user bonus to e-voucher and e-wallet as mentioned above. Thank you
