Build a tv page and recipe pages

Hello my website is built in yii i am looking for someone to set up the process of geo location to be 100 percent on my site.. Meaning when someone goes to browse cities it should be there.. Also the other part like Facebook login and a newsletter sign up for the people as well. [login to view URL] Type 485758 if you can do the job. make site go faster. Make it open like other common popular sites open that are food ordering in america. And get my site speed correct Also need to change some pictures in the background and add some links at the bottom. and other stuff I am also looking for someone to build a tv page. The Tv page will be something similar to the picture i have included in the website. It also must have a text area where people can use there social media and login to make comments about what ever is on the screen above. In my admin area i must have a area that controls the video area. I want to have live video on my tv page. I also want to be able to have videos area of previous tv shows we have shown so that way people can watch the videos.. I must also have a text area about the video.. They must be able to share the videos on social media with a share button option. They must be able to save the link in there favorites if they have login into the site. I need a system like revolution slider set up in the tv page.. It just makes it easier to control the set up of the video i want to show... The recipe page is User must be able to Save recipe in favorites add recipes to there profile comment on recipes add and edit recipes to the website from the front end I will have 5 simple categories for the person to choose from. they will be able to post Pictures up to 20. Add description add title and pick the category the food belongs too. They must be able to edit and delete the item as well. I have I must be able to post recipes on the back end as well and control the list on the back-end as well There are two pictures on this post that are included for you to review
