Build a website using WPLMS theme -- 2

Need to build a website for a training provider company. It should have following features: Part 1: Must have webpage to START business: 1,1) Top priority items: - Intuitive landing page (minimal information but throws action buttons / key links for what course seeker would look for; should establish company credentials and philosophy) - Individual Course info template page (ITIL, Prince2, Six-Sigma, PMP, Agile) - Citywise training schedule information sections which are easy to edit for webadmin - Quick course sign up integration (to register and enroll). - Access controlled document viewing for paid course content and for free resources (view only / un-downloadable ) - online timed quizzes - Payment gateway configuration (CCAvenue India) 1.2) Low priority items - Consolidated Trainer profile template page - Template that can be used for standard pages like about us, privacy policy, terms of service - ability to allow end users to share webpage / course schedule on social platforms Part 2: Must have functionalities to SUSTAIN business All are top priority - quick signup integrated with fb / google / linkedin which pulls out information about social network - Course registration / enrollment leading to an entry in backend DB - ability to add course in wishlist for logged-in users - email set up with godaddy and it's integration in online course registration forms / corporate sales inquiry - Quick Call back form always visible to user - Online feedback form for trainers -***web-hosting health check and alteration of minimum resource requirement for better site performance -SEO optimized URL structure Terms and Conditions for freelancer: - Well defined and timeline based approach for requirement and content gathering - Before / After milestone based ON-CALL review is MUST - Commitment to promised timelines is MUST - Advisable to have a small team rather than single person trying to deliver in 3 weeks - Minimal hardcoding and a high level code-walkthrough post project completion - need to be fully operational by 3rd week of November hence experience with WPLMS and delivering similar assignment in past would be of help. Sample website reference will be provided to shortlisted nomination. - Cost of purchasing any products other than WPLMS theme, domain name and hosting should be explicitly stated by freelancer.
