My site [login to view URL] is hosted on AWS ... It is an e-commerce site generating $1000's daily. It is all custom PHP written by my brother in law 10 years ago. Since then I have hired a few other free lancers to attempt to make changes ... some successful ..... and some not. ...... I use google analytics and tableau for most of my "backend" of which I am happy with... Some have called the site "frankenstein" so heads up. While its fundamentals are pretty simple there are the quirky details associated with the fact that over the years different programmers have attempted changes using their own styles. I would say as long as you are very familiar with PHP this site is for you. What I would like to do now is Fix a few bugs 1st and then do a total mobile redesign .... this will be spelled out in the milestones 1st bug ... Pictures not uploading in the admin panel ... (after we migrated to AWS the picture uploader in our /admin no longer works 2nd fix ..... our inventory is deducted from the database when an order is created but this should be shifted to when the order is marked fully paid Then we start on the mobile friendly overhaul ..... I will want this site browsable on all screen sizes... I will also have a new logo and fav icon to go with the overhaul ..... Our guide is going to be [login to view URL] I will really want to closely follow format with this app. Trying to make all things similar.... the login ... checkout .... and store pages.... the home page we will do last I wish to still use custom PHP to accomplish the task ....... these are all going to be mostly cosmetic changes ....I feel custom PHP already compliments the site as is .... it is very fast .... it is simple ... and it is universal to convey design ideas I usually will use photoshop for very crude cut and paste screen shots of what I am dreaming up in my head if I have input this is how I wish to convey the idea ...... also ... I will make myself available and would love to be heavily involved ..... I want to be able to view the developers screen using screenshare program as they are actually working on my site ..... I will be in close communication during the whole process
