1. Change the content display on the single product page The layout and functionality of the single product page needs changing. If we take [login to view URL] as an example the layout will need to be changed to the attached image. The buyers journey for this product starts on this page [login to view URL] where the featured image of the product is displayed. When they click on it they go to the product page but instead of it looking as it does now with the image to the left and product info on the right it needs to have a secondary featured image different to the first one displayed in landscape across the top of the page with the product info below it to the left and related products displayed to the right like the above design. 2. Change the functionality of the process We then need to change the functionality of this so that when a particular texture attribute is selected, the green bar shown on the image will appear saying click image to see texture and If the user then clicks on the image at the top of the page an image showing the texture will be displayed in the lightbox, rather than an enlarged version of the 2nd featured image. We are running the WooCommerce Additional Variation Images plugin so you may be able to work with this to achieve this functionality. This plugin will change the main featured image to the variation image assigned to it when the attribute variations are selected so we need this changing so it doesn’t change the featured image to the variation image but if that featured image is clicked on it will open the variation image in the lightbox.
