I have an account with Siteground with 28 individual WordPress installs where the DarkLeech malware infected the [login to view URL], and other files, I manually cleaned everything but it's back which means I missed something. Probably you have a vulnerabe plugin/theme and someone upload many backdoors. Can find a security hole and remove all viruses for all 28 wordpress sites. SSH+FTP access needed. You must change all wp admin passwords later.

From my reading on that virus, the virus is something that is server wide, not just in your account or your wordpress installs... I would suggest cleaning your sites again, then make full backups of them all, and then go complain to the server admin's because it's a server level virus... I'd also suggest running some security plugins in each of your wordpress installs... I'd be happy to discus this further with you if you'd like.
