Coding: PHP - JS - Cloaking - WordPress

I'm looking for somebody that will partner with me to create and sell a custom plugin and script for use with mass-produced websites. The WordPress plugin/script will intercept incoming traffic and send it to a 3rd party website. When the traffic returns from the 3rd party site, the custom script will need to determine if to display the target website AS-IS or to create a "click jacked" page where all links are cloaked - they will appear to the average person to be links to things like "next page" or other relevant links but will actually be an Adsense link. All actions must take place discreetly and be undetectable by Google. The 2nd part of the project will involve the creation of a plugin or standalone product that will produce mass page websites, based either upon WordPress or HTML. Similar products currently on the market include Serp Shaker and Mass Page Creator. The product that we'll collaborate on will include aspects of these similar products but will be improved with additional components, removal of unneeded components and added security & cloaking. We will agree upon an equitable split of the profits from not only the sale of the cloaking/click-jacking script and the mass site/page product but the income produced by our use of these products as well. I currently produce these mass page sites and we can use them or ones created after our product is finished to drive our own income streams separate from the income produced through sales. I have intimate knowledge of the market for these products as well as daily interaction with those that currently use mass page creation products and desperately need these services and products. I will manage the sale and marketing of the products to these markets while you will manage the technical coding and development. This is a very large market that finds itself in great need for this sort of product. We find ourselves at the right place and the right time to provide a valuable service while generating a healthy income.
