We have developed a WordPress based Web App for a client and need a few more functionality inclusions. This is a reminder app where a client can create a reminder for someone else. A scenario looks like this: I create a reminder for my mom for my birthday. The reminder of the date/event is sent to her email address (this is already functioning). I can also assign a gift idea to the reminder so she knows what to buy me (already functioning). What we need: reminders need to go out on a schedule: As soon as it is created - 2 Weeks before the event (if applicable) 1 Week before (if applicable) 1 Day before The emails that are sent need to be applied on top of the custom email template that we create and provide to the developer. These tasks need to be completed BY THE END OF THE WEEK. If you cannot complete these tasks above by FRIDAY end of day, do not apply. Message with any questions.
