Complete E-commerce - Only Laravel Expert - Javascript Expert

i have an ecommerce with laravel 5.1 but i would like complete the system e-commerce and switch to 5.3. Our company need complete this project soon! so time and quality work is the principal requirements for us. this is a project for expert laravel and javascript, if your team have not this requirement please don't post the bid, we can not lose time. This e-commerce will be integrated with a tool system that will create products. Our project ecommerce is on LARAVEL 5.1, we would like switch to 5.3 and complete: BACK-END - Cart System (Select product, create cart session, store sessions cart, checkout system, the payment is integrated with paypal) - create categories routes, gender, search filter products (gender, color, size, category, tags) FRONT-END (We have a template ready) - view single product ( Change colors feature with js, size, etc) - add some litle feature with js (some ajax call for add coupon code) Our project is at 70% we need complete the other 30%.
