Configure pipe to program script on Cpanel .

I use cpanel, and would like to execute a php file everytime I get an email. However, I'm having issues redirecting the pipe to program. This should not take more than 10 minutes to setup. I have done this before but I just can't remember the right configuration. If you have done this before please private message me. I will give you access to my cpanel through teamviewer, and will give you the php path.
