Create a Joomla Template

I need assistance updating part of the front page of my website. [login to view URL] The section that needs updating is titled ASX ANNOUNCEMENTS (refer image attached) The article listed should be the most recent however they are from 2014/2015. I have identified that the articles listed are from the the category :ASX ANNOUNCEMENTS 2014" however they should from the "ASX ANNOUNCMENTS 2016". I am able to log into the backend however can not work out how to change the category that the ASX latest announcements seciton is looking at. If i can find the right person on Freelancer to help me with this there will be further work. :-) Thank you Amanda
