Create WP Module for integrating WooCommerce and ActiveCampaign API

Hello, We need a developer for creating a module for integrating our website with woocommerce / wordpress with ActiveCampaign API ([login to view URL]) This are some of the available API calls for resellers: --- account_add - Add a new account, just like you would on the Manage Accounts page of the reseller panel. account_cancel - Allows you to cancel an active account. account_credits_apply - Add reseller's email sending credits to an account. account_edit - Edit existing account settings and plan, just like you would on the Manage Accounts page of the reseller panel. account_emailtest_credits_apply - Add reseller's email testing credits to an account. account_list - View multiple accounts under your reseller profile including all information associated with each. account_name_check - Allows you to check remotelly if the account name is already taken. account_plans - Allows you to retrieve a list of currently available plans for an account. account_status - Allows you to check the account status. Possible results are active, disabled, creating, cancelled. account_status_set - Allows you to set a custom status for an account. Possible options are "active" and "inactive" (with a custom message). --- We want our clients to be able to pay trough the site and the account automatically be created for him with his information (name, mail, password, etc..) and mailed to him a welcome mail, then we need to have recurrent payments with paypal and webpay plus (chilean gateway), they should be notificated automatically every month, 5 days before the payment date for remember him to pay from the site (his account). The client should be able to choose a plan and subscribe to the plan monthly, if he dont pay on payment date the account should be cancel. The client should be able to upgrade and downgrade his plan from his account in our site. We should be able to see the full list of customers with their status and also manage/change the plan, status, information, etc... from the module admin.
