Create Simple Hook File For WHMCS

We have a few products in our WHMCS that we want a ticket to automatically be opened upon the order creation and successful payment and I want a certain per-defined response to be added to the ticket as to what we are doing for the customer and it should be executed as if the customer opened the ticket. I was told by WHMCS developers this can easily be done with a single hook file using [login to view URL]:AfterModuleCreate and also defining the client ID to create the ticket for.
