Create a Wordpress Template

Would like someone who is able to heavily modify and extend a wordpress theme or advise on building it custom. Features necessary: User database and first profile page > Front end sign up using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, and Email. Database will capture user information from one of the above methods, store it, and create a profile page for the user. The profile page will have many different features to it and we will provide mock-ups. A second profile page template. This will need to pull the information to populate the template from a database. (Admin section to administer DB and upload .csv files) A third profile page template. Same instructions as the second profile page. All profiles will have social media connections needed. e.g. share, like, tweet, etc The second and third profiles will be rated by the first. The first profile will track the ratings and display the data. (#of rates, list of rated profiles) News feed on the second and third profiles with real time news specific to the profile. The same news will also be sent to the first profile page specific to the user wants. (if someone wants to follow them then the news from them is on that profile.) Search Page needed. All profiles may be searched. Profile 1 search returns information dependent on the profile status. (logged in, connected, or not logged in) Profile 2 search will return information based on several inputs.(zip code, state, and several custom) Profile 3 will be similar to Profile 2 but will need to have a dynamic search dependent on input. (hierarchy, category, etc) And finally for the MVP. Integrate Stripe. Profile 1 will send money to Profile 2 & 3. If you have done any part of this in other projects include links to your examples.
