I have an existing PSD and logo. You will convert that PSD into a responsive web design that will work well on all screen sizes such as phone, tablet and laptop, larger monitor etc. The design is a single page design containing a menu bar up the top with a logo. This menu bar will display at all times as the user scrolls down, it will become fixed when the scroll bar is at the top of the page. Clicking on a navigation link will auto scroll the user to certain places on the page. Some edits to the original PSD will be required to complete this task such as implementing the responsive design for smaller screen sizes and replacing the logo on this PSD with a new logo which will be provided to you. A low quality, minimized version of the design is attached so you can bid accordingly. You will need to implement a basic contact form script to ensure someone can submit the contact form at the bottom of the page and have it e-mail a configurable address. In your bid, please indicate the amount of hours you expect the task to take.
