Hi, I need a freelancer to create and design a single page site to add to a sub domain to do the following ( I am aiming for a cost of no more than $400 ). 1. I need an Image upload box, must do multiple uploads, must do drag and drop 2. I need a document upload box, must do multiple file uploads, must do drag and drop 4. must have a single line text box ( must validate to require text, later use for email subject ) 5. must have a multiline text box ( must validate to require text, later use for email body ) 6. must have entry fields for credit card ( card#, expiry, ccv etc ) ( must validate card details ) 7. on submit of form show a pop up model with the below details / program flow 8. must accept client login details (with forgot password option) and fetch client details from our api ( work with no refresh ). If client details do not exist then must show a registration form and register client and submit to api. 9. send email to email address with the notes in the body and download links for the uploaded files. 10. send credit card details to our api to be processed. 11. redirect client to a complete / thank you page Please ask any questions you like before bidding. I think you have missed a few bits. No payment confirmation or order status? Will this be manual cc processing or automated through your online merchant account? In any case I have made over 20 payment integrations, so not a problem. As for the uploads, no problem there either. Let me know if you need something more.

Hi, I am an English web developer now living in Thailand, so reasonable time difference for communications. I am fluent in PHP, HTML and javascript and have created numerous forms similar to this. Communicating with your API will be no problem, I presume that you have the required documentation on how to interact with it. All parts of the process can happen on a single page, using javascript and AJAX to make the requests, validation and responses based on your API feedback. PHP will be used to upload and save the files and send the email only, all other requests go to your API. jQuery will be used for more efficient javascript usage. I understand that in addition to the documented form there are 3 additional forms each with API requests - login, forgot password and register. I am presuming that all security requirements (SSL, PCI etc) are already taken care of on your API for processing credit card data. Since the PHP side of this project will not receive or handle the credit card details then this will not require credit card grade security. Look forward to working with you on this, Mark
