I can show you the existing design that our developer has made to see if you can fix the issues, or create a new theme. As we are on a tight schedule, I would prefer to have a few small features added to the existing design. If the existing theme can not be edited, we can buy a theme that closely matches our needs and you can create a child theme from it. Once you place a bid, I will chat with you so we can go over the details and you can refine your bid. I want this project finished within 3 days. We need the following: 1) Posts displayed within a responsive grid. 2) Each post can have 2 featured images, one used when the post within the responsive grid is hovered over. 3) Ability to sort and display posts based on taxonomy. 4) Fully Responsive Design for all devices. 5) Good speed and compatible with W3 Total Cache
