Need the freelancer to build a) Generator of Custom scannable code, (i.e. convert a given data into scannable code similar to that of Snap code/facebook messenger code). Scannable code format : We prefer 2/3 lines of dots & dashes. Quite like the facebook messenger code format but in the form of horizontal lines. Sample Data can be provided b) Reader of the code ( server side reads an image - not needed through the phone camera) to decipher the data back from the scannable code.
