Custom wordpress theme -- 2

I need to customize the theme [login to view URL] like the screenshots pages, they are at 1:1 respecting the demo measures. Most important features are that must disable all login/reister settings so im the only admin/user... so online booking system is off because i need to manage all properties info and all booking by email request. Need to remove the booking form from all properties, remove the login from all possible options (top bar, widget, shortcode, and favorites). I’ll need to not use favorites either (these are for logged in users as well). I’ll need to remove the contact info that we have now too. All these can be removed from dashbord panel and some with css always via child teme. As admin account from front end i'll add properties in front end to use the dashboard page for adding manual bookings to properties and mark the booked dates manually in the calendar of each property, custom prices and all the info form each property. Also Ill need to install a third party contact form pluging as a widget in all properties pages and in the contact page as shown in the pages to be able recieve enquieres directly from visitors by email address. I also want to disable the months of November to April both inclusive in the database for are not shown anywhere where calendars required; search engine, calendar page of the properties, marking dates available, prices customized by date in the userdashbord And finaly also change the favorites system to be saved by cookies and able to send enquires and share them with friends in one go as shown in the myfavorites picture page Thats all for the moment, Waiting for your proposals
